Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing tmbri.com or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Liminal Audio Inc. ("Liminal Audio", "we") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time with reasonable notice.

2. Demo Mode — No Service Contract

The current site is a technology demonstration. No service agreement, subscription, or product delivery obligation exists until Liminal Audio explicitly activates your account and you accept a separate service agreement. Joining the waitlist does not constitute a purchase, reservation, or guarantee of access.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the TMbri™, Lbri™, Imbri™, Inbri™, Albri™, Liminal FX™ names and marks, product designs, audio samples, waveform visualisations, and written materials — is the exclusive property of Liminal Audio Inc. and/or its licensors.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
• The "Liminal" biometric identity system is covered by pending patent applications. Unauthorised implementation or reverse engineering is prohibited.
• Audio samples on this site are licensed demonstration material. All rights reserved.

4. Permitted Use

You may access this site for personal, non-commercial evaluation purposes. You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from this site.
• Use automated tools to submit forms or access any API endpoint.
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security feature.
• Impersonate Liminal Audio or its team in any communication.
• Use this site for any unlawful purpose.

5. Voice Biometric Data

The TMbri™ Pass service, when active, will require submission of voice recordings. By submitting voice data:

• You represent that you are the exclusive rights holder of the submitted voice.
• You grant Liminal Audio a limited, non-transferable licence to process the recording solely to generate your biometric identity certificate.
• You retain full ownership of your voice and all derived biometric identifiers.
• We do not acquire any right to your voice for training AI models, licensing, or any purpose beyond the stated service.

6. Waitlist

The waitlist is a non-binding expression of interest. Submission of your email address:

• Does not guarantee early access, any specific pricing, or product availability.
• Authorises Liminal Audio to contact you by email regarding launch timing and platform updates.
• Can be cancelled at any time by emailing privacy@audioliminal.com.

7. Disclaimers

The site and any content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Liminal Audio does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. Technology demonstrations are illustrative and may not reflect final product specifications.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Liminal Audio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use this site. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed USD $100.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or biometric data.
